The Victory 9 4-wheel scooter feels substantial with a sturdy build, plenty of foot room, and a comfortable seat that rotates for easy access. Designed for easy transport, feather-touch disassembly makes it possible to take the Pride Victory 9 4-wheel scooter apart when traveling, with the heaviest piece weighing only 48 lbs.
What Makes This Different
The size sets the Victory 9 4-wheel mobility scooters apart. Not too big or too small, the Victory 9 4-wheel can be used both indoors and out. Inside you’ll have a 51.5-inch turning radius, and its 4 wheels and sturdy construction let you travel outdoors with confidence as well. Powerful batteries give it a 13-mile per-charge range, and the charging port is located up on the tiller for easy access.
The Pride mobility scooter includes an 18” wide by 17” deep medium back seat (pictured) that swivels 180 degrees, and slides forward and back like an automobile seat would. You can also upgrade to Pride’s High back Captains-style seat, which is available in several sizes.

Lifetime Limited Warranty
For the lifetime of your product from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:
Structural Frame Components, including:
- Main Frame
- Fork
- Seat Post
- Tiller Frame
2-Year Limited Warranty
For two (2) years from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship. Any warranty claims for electronic assemblies may become void if damage results from the use of parts/accessories that are not Pride original parts and are not purchased through an authorized Pride provider:
- Transaxle
- Motor Brake (electronic function ONLY)
- Bushings Bearings
- Brake
Also, Electronic Assemblies including:
- Electronic Controllers
- Chargers
- Harnesses
- Any Other Electrical Subassembly
Six-Month Warranty
The battery is covered by a separate six-month warranty, provided by the battery manufacturer. The batteries are not warranted by Pride.
NOTE: Starting from date of product delivery, battery charge must be maintained to ensure warranty coverage. For mobility products which are not used regularly, or during periods of storage prior to and after purchase date, batteries must be charged once a week, for 24 hours. Failure to do so will void battery warranty.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not extend to those items which may require replacement due to normal wear and tear.

- Shrouds
- Motor Brushes
- Upholstery and Seating
- Brake Pads
- Tires and Tubes
- Fuses/Bulbs
- Circumstances beyond the control of Pride
- Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred for repair of the product, unless specifically authorized, IN ADVANCE, by Pride Mobility Products
- Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without specific consent from Pride
Exclusions also include components with damage caused by:
- Parts/accessories that are not Pride original parts and are not purchased through an authorized Pride provider.
- Contamination
- Abuse (including but not limited to product being dropped or being subjected to severe impact/crush), misuse, or negligence
- Battery fluid spillage or leakage
- Use other than normal design specifications
- Commercial use or use other than normal
- Improper operation, maintenance, or storage
- Acts of God or Nature
NOTE: If there is an increase in the operational noise level in the transaxle, the warranty does not apply. An increase in operational noise level usually occurs due to abusive and excessive strain on the scooter.
NOTE: Gradual deterioration in performance because the battery has been left in a discharged state, left in cold conditions for an extended period of time, or worn out through heavy use is not covered.
