The technician arrived at the scheduled time. He made the assessment of my mom’s hospital bed which had not been working for a few weeks. They kept good communication with me pertaining to the part that needed to be replaced, and as soon as it arrived, the technician came out ,it was properly installed ,and within a matter of minutes my mom’s hospital bed was up and running. I would definitely recommend this company.
